Generation Park is pleased to share the architecture team behind the GHX Industrial, LLC facility at Lockwood Business Park recently won an award for outstanding facility design. Houston-based Method Architecture was recently awarded a Tilt-Up Concrete Association (TCA) 2018 Achievement Award for its design of GHX’s 143,537 square-foot facility, which includes 121,000-square-feet of warehouse and shop space and 22,500 square feet of office space. Rather than a design that incorporates the typical big-box industrial design method, the GHX facility is made up of concrete, painted, and textured tilt wall panels, aluminum canopies and glazing areas that emphasize components of the design.

GHX Industrial, LLC, the anchor tenant of Lockwood Business Park, consolidated four Houston-area facilities and their headquarters to Lockwood Business Park in 2017. Lockwood Business Park is a 25-acre industrial business park and has three additional flex-industrial buildings currently pre-leasing, two at 57,600 square feet and one at 44,800 square feet.
