Ian Adler joined McCord in November 2015 and currently serves as the company’s director of marketing. Adler manages McCord’s marketing strategies, including overseeing the creation and production of campaigns and the company’s advertising efforts. Currently, his main focus is Generation Park, the company’s 4,200-acre master-planned enterprise park in northeast Houston.

Ian was drawn to McCord because of the opportunity to shape an entire region of Houston. Generation Park will provide office, industrial, retail and residential spaces needed in the fastest growing zip code in Houston, 77044. He is excited to utilize his passion for sales to drive new businesses and residents to Generation Park and the northeast Houston area.

Ian has over 12 years of marketing experience, and prior to joining McCord was the director of marketing for The Finger Companies, a luxury Houston-based multifamily developer, Platform Management, a private equity and management company, and Spectra, a full-service sports and entertainment venue management company. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from Texas Tech University. In his spare time, Ian and his family enjoy the zoo, neighborhood walks, cycling, visiting family in Philadelphia, and traveling the world.
