250 Assay St. is the first multi-tenant office building in Generation Park’s lifestyle district, Redemption Square, and is Houston’s only curtain-walled mixed-use building to break ground in 2016.

The 86,523-square-foot Class A mixed-use building’s office space was 75% pre-leased prior to the start of construction. 250 Assay St. will serve as the corporate headquarters for Apache Industrial Services and McCord Development. Apache Industrial Services will occupy floors four and five spanning 35,350 square feet and McCord Development will occupy floor two with 17,309 square feet.

Page Southerland Page Architects designed the building in partnership with McCord Development and E.E. Reed Construction LP is the general contractor. Financing was provided by Woodforest National Bank

Parking for 250 Assay St. will be easily accessible via a five floor, 710-car, public parking garage offering tenants and visitors year-round climate control comfort with a covered connection to the building’s expansive lobby.

One full floor of office space with suites starting at 1,950 SF as well as ground floor restaurant and retail spaces are available for lease. Tenants are scheduled to take occupancy in June 2017.
