It’s a great time to live, work and play at Generation Park! We are honored to announce our new office building, 250 Assay, is a finalist for the Houston Business Journal’s 2019 Landmark Awards.
250 Assay: Redemption Square’s First Class A Office Building Receives AccoladesEach year, the Houston Business Journal recognizes real estate projects that have made a significant impression in Houston and its surrounding areas, and this year, we are proud to say 250 Assay is included in that conversation. The 86,523-square-foot, multi-purpose building features Class A office, retail and restaurant space. Home to Apache Industrial Services, Global Tubing, LLC and our very own McCord Development, 250 Assay is one of only two finalists for the “Office Building or Campus” category, proving the best lace to live, work and play in Houston is right here at Generation Park’s Redemption Square. 250 Assay is not the only one to gain attention at Generation Park.
Down the street at Lockwood Business Park, anchor tenant GHX Industrial, LLC was also honored as a finalist for the Landmark Awards under the “Headquarters Move” category. The industrial company first made the move to Generation Park in early 2018, consolidating four Houston area facilities and their headquarters all to the new Lockwood Business Park campus. Prior to this announcement, the GHX facility also made headlines in October by taking home the “2018 Achievement Award” for the architecture and design honors, the Tilt-Up Awards. Be sure to take a look at the amazing design work by Method Architecture next time you visit us at
We look forward to joining GHX Industrial and the 66 other finalists at the Landmark Awards on April 11th, 2019. We hope you will root alongside us!
